Cuba in victorious transit towards a new day. MIAMI, U.S.A. - Once again, hopes that we can finally achieve Cuba's long-awaited freedom have been renewed. The events of massive disobedience that began last July 11 seem to indicate so. If the resistance is maintained; if the defiance to the scarecrow of Díaz-Canel, improvised president, not of Cuba but of the servants of Castroism, gradually increases, the communist dictatorship will fall resoundingly. Although they still viciously beat, imprison and murder until they become a machinery of terror, which has paralyzing effects on some Cubans, little by little courage is gaining ground and thousands of young people are taking to the streets, not to beg for crumbs of peaceful survival, nor crumbs of bread, but to demand an end to tyranny.

The Cuban regime's objective in announcing military deaths is to foment terror. Following the deaths of six Cuban military personnel in less than two weeks, a political analyst said that such events show that there are "fissures" within the Castro regime and that the public announcements of such deaths are aimed at promoting terror on the part of the dictatorship.
Cuban political scientist Julio M. Shiling said that "it is no coincidence" that since the popular uprising that began on July 11, six generals from the Armed Forces and the Ministry of the Interior have died.
"This is becoming more and more like an Agatha Christie novel," Shiling told The Epoch Times. "It's no coincidence all these numbers of people dead and the disappearance of any physical evidence of their bodies."

Fourth Cuban general dies in 8 days. The Ministry of Armed Forces of the Cuban regime (MINFAR) announced on Monday the death of reserve general Manuel Eduardo Lastres Pacheco - making him the fourth high-ranking officer to die in recent days on the island.
According to the communiqué read live on Cuban state television's "Noticiero de Mediodía", Lastres' body was cremated, however, the note sent by MINFAR did not give details of the cause of death or the age of the military officer.
The regime pointed out that Lastres joined Fidel Castro's guerrilla in 1957 and was under the orders of Ernesto "Che" Guevara.
This new announcement comes days after the regime reported the death of Major General Ruben Martinez Puente. As in the case of Lastres, the dictatorship did not report the causes of his death and said that his body would be cremated.
