How Marxism is Radicalizing Human Rights in the United Nations.
As the UN’s Declaration of Human Rights is radicalized by undemocratic, leftist regimes, we must not forget the original purpose of human rights: Freedom and equality before the law.
The 10th of December is Human Rights Day. In 1948, the United Nations General Assembly adopted the Universal Declaration of Human Rights that very same day. This historic document through its 30 articles sought to establish a “common standard of achievement for all peoples and all nations.” This goal has not been met. To a great degree, this undoing has come about by the culpability of the very institution that sponsored this virtuous Declaration: the United Nations. Human rights, if they are to mean anything, must be safeguarded and kept credible. Here are some quick highlights of the problem.
The UN is manipulated by Undemocratic Regimes
The UN Human Rights Council is a case in point. This institutional body is principally responsible for the monitoring of global human rights. Yet it is saturated by the world’s most notorious violators of these basic precepts. China, Cuba, Russia, Bolivia, Pakistan, and Uzbekistan, currently sit on the Council. These regimes are all culpable of heinous acts of terror, some in greater proportion, but all inconsistent with the Declaration.

Black Lives Matter’s Racist War Against White Christmas.
Hypocrisy, double-standards, and a socialist intellectual swindle is what BLM is all about. Fortunately, most black Americans reject this insidious radicalism, which is now calling for a boycott of Christmas.
Black Lives Matter (BLM) is calling for a boycott of all “white” businesses during the 2021 Christmas season. So important is this position to the Marxist organization, that they have even established an auxiliary website, “blackxmas.org”, as well the usage of their social media sites, for the explicit purpose of launching this initiative. It is targeted to run from Black Friday, November 26 to January 1, 2022. BLM has made clear that its mission is not about racial equality. In fact, it is not really entirely even about race. Their war on a “white” Christmas highlights this fact.
Mockingly rewording Bing Crosby’s classic 1942 hit White Christmas, to fit the Critical Race Theory (CRT) narrative, BLM has ravaged it beyond recognition on their digital platform. “Someday at Christmas we’ll see a land, With no killer cops with guns in their hand”, partly goes the virulent rant. This venomous parody of the Irving Berlin tune (the songwriter), winner of the 1942 Academy Awards for Best Original Song in the musical film Holiday Inn, was consciously chosen for the undertaking because of all that surrounds this formidable piece. Selling over 100 million copies, White Christmas is arguably one of the most successful musical production of all time. Additionally, it relates a vision of America that Marxists detest.

Cuban Protests Confirm Freedom is Coming—And There’s No Stopping It.
Despite the lukewarm response from the western world and, specifically, from the Biden-Harris administration, the Cuban people are determined to end Cuban communism.
There is no question that the Civic March for Change in Cuba (15N) scheduled for the 15th of November did not match the multitudinous 2021 Cuban Uprising of the 11th of Julyth (11J) in sheer numbers. Varying factors contributed to this. Primarily, the reasons for this impediment include the Draconian militarized siege of Cuba, a heightened crackdown on potential protesters, as well as the bizarre episode where the former leader of Archipiélago, the main group which organized the 15N event, disappeared and then mysteriously reappeared in exile in Madrid a few days later. However, the facts surrounding the general discontent on the island support the premise that Cubans are taking their civic fight for freedom more intensely.
Cuba has become a hub of liberty-seeking individuals in numbers unseen since the first two decades of communist rule. During the 1960s and 1970s, the war of liberation included violent challenges. Since the 1980s, the human rights movement with its passive resistance strategy has predominated the course seeking to disrupt Marxist-Leninist tyranny. The year 2021 has witnessed an explosion of Cuban society’s partaking in this quest for freedom.

The Politicization of Justice: How An Antifa Axeman Got Scot-Free After Vandalizing U.S. Senate Office.
The Antifa activist who tried to break into the North Dakota senator’s office in Fargo with an ax went virtually unpunished and was embraced by members of the Democratic Party.
Democracy, that expression of popular sovereignty within the framework of a republic, categorically, necessitates the rule of law. When equality before the law is trashed, free societies run amok. The case of Thomas Alexander Starks, an Antifa member of Lisbon, North Dakota is a case in point that highlights how different shades of justice are being applied in America’s justice system.
On December 21, 2020, Starks attempted to violently break into the office of Republican Senator John Hoeven of North Dakota, using an ax. This terrorist act was captured on CCTV film. The Antifa associate pleaded guilty in federal court on April 19, 2021, to the charge of destruction of Government property. This followed an investigation by the FBI, U.S. Capitol Police, Fargo Police Department, and the Cass County Sheriff’s Office. Despite the conclusive evidence in this case, as well as the aggressor’s admission of culpability, mandatory prison sentences for crimes such as this were not applied to Starks.
Federal guidelines required the Antifa operative to spend a minimum of ten to sixteen months in jail. Instead, the ax-wielding far-left subversive received only a probation order and a restitution fine of $2,784. No prison time was levied upon the North Dakota extremist. How could this travesty of justice have occurred? The question raises the point that, in fact, ideological factors now appear to guide a two-tiered judicial system.
