AR Supreme Court to hear GOP case. Arizona Supreme Court Agrees to Hear GOP Election Challenge Lawsuit.
Arizona GOP Chairwoman Kelli Ward said she’s filing an appeal with the state’s Supreme Court to challenge the certification of the Nov. 3 election results.
Ward told local station KTAR-TV that she filed an appeal with the Arizona Supreme Court on Dec. 4 to reverse the state’s certification. The court confirmed that it received her appeal on Monday, saying it would decide the matter without an oral argument, the news outlet reported.
It came after a Maricopa County judge ruled that Ward’s petition failed to prove any fraud occurred when she tried to challenge the results in the county, which includes Phoenix.

GA socialist senatorial candidate will not denounce Marxism. Warnock who has praised Fidel Castro called for repentance against the "worship of whiteness". Radical Leftist Dem Senate Hopeful Won't Denounce Socialism And Marxism.
With one month to go until the Georgia runoff elections that will determine who controls the Senate, one candidate is being made to feel the heat over his extreme views.
Democrat Raphael Warnock is cut from the same cloth as Barack Obama's longtime minister, the hatemongering, America hating Jeremiah Wright and he has a history of anti-white, anti-Semitic, and pro-Marxist demagoguery.
Those views sadly now make him mainstream in the radicalized Democratic party that is salivating over the chance to seize control of the entire federal government and then forever change America into something that will be unrecognizable.

AR, GA, MI may name electors. Rudy Giuliani: Legislatures in Arizona, Georgia, and Michigan might end up deciding what electors are sent to the Electoral College.
President Donald Trump’s lawyer Rudy Giuliani said Sunday that the legislatures in Arizona, Georgia, and Michigan might end up deciding what electors are sent to the Electoral College, suggesting it could end up in the U.S. Supreme Court.
Giuliani said that the GOP-controlled legislatures in the three states could vote on sending their own slate of electors, noting that such a move is supported in the U.S. Constitution. Both Giuliani and fellow Trump lawyer Jenna Ellis have lobbied state legislatures in recent days to reaffirm their power to choose their own electors due to evidence of fraud during the Nov. 3 election.

Cuban American vote propelled by pro freedom sentiment. Why Cubans Voted How They Did
The massive turnout of the Cuban-American community, and of other Hispanic exiles and their descendants from Latin America, proved decisive in Florida’s 2020 presidential elections.
What motivated these voters? Only one of two answers makes sense:
- A majority of the Cuban-American community is confused about its own values and interests and can be manipulated into voting against them or,
- A majority of the Cuban-American community is not confused about its own values and interests, and votes consistently in alignment with them.
By helping to determine the key Florida election, they became the target of leftist insults and incorrect analysis.
