There is a war being waged against American democracy. The new âCold Warâ is being conducted, not so much by an external enemy, although there are foreign associate partners who are fully engaged in logistical and possible financial support like the Communist regimes in Cuba, China and scores of front NGOs bankrolled by international socialist oligarchs.
Americaâs domestic enemies are plenarily Marxist, although conceptually camouflaged by well-packaged cloaks that speak of âsocial justiceâ but really mean and represent something else.
The issue of race has been the weapon of choice used for the advancement of socialism in America. This has been the case ever since the Bolsheviks took it upon themselves to globalize Communism. The confusion for some in not easily recognizing Communismâs subversive offensive today stems from the fact that it underwent a theoretical reformulation upon the gross miscalculations of Karl Marxâs predictions, which held together the philosophical pillars of classical Marxism.

The notion of an impeachment as a legislative proceeding to address malfeasance by a public official, has been around since 1376 when the Good Parliament (or the English Parliament of 1376) initiated the first known case. More recently, modernity has witnessed an increased exercise of these constitutional mechanisms to remove offenders of the sovereignâs trust. Some regions have witnessed greater activism then others.
Ignacio Arana Araya, a Chilean political scientist writing in the Georgetown Journal of International Affairs who defends the legislative process in contending with public misconduct, noted that in Latin America between 1978 and 2019, ten presidents from six countries have been removed from office through impeachments, declarations of incapacitation, or resignations attributed to the impeachment process. The United States, spanning a longer historical time frame, has had far fewer instances of the use of these constitutional devices to get rid of presidents suspected or considered to have carried out wrongdoing. There has been a good reason for this.

As was expected, former President Donald J. Trump triumphed over his political enemies and was acquitted of charges in this impeachment trial. No one really believed that the 67-Senator threshold could be reached. Considering that the 45th president was already a private citizen, removing him from office was not the issue. The reason for this insane farcical episode was to achieve three main purposes. The first, was to legally, bar Trump from holding future public office. The second, was to legitimize the Biden presidency by revising history. Lastly, the Democratâs third objective was to gain ground in their war to suppress Conservative voters.
To try and accomplish this massive undertaking, the Democratic managers, in charge of prosecuting the case against Trump, presented a host of far out conspiracy theories, wild accusations, fraudulent tampered evidence, and an enormous dependence on argumentum ad ignorantiam. Since Barack Obamaâs ascendancy to power, and the ensuing structural reformulation of the Democratic Party, the main street media and Big Tech objective investigative reporting has been abandoned and are now at the full service of leftism. During the impeachment trial, Democratic prosecutors relied on both powerful institutions to let them get away with gross inaccuracies to cover up their inconsistencies. Trumpâs legal team denied them all the ability to muddle the facts any longer.

No single figure has been more important in preserving freedom and Americaâs democracy than Abraham Lincoln. While that may appear a broad affirmation, there are two fundamental reasons for why this is so. As we celebrate the 212th anniversary of his birth this February 12th, it is important to look back into history and render a more profound appreciation for the vision, will, and work of the nationâs 16th president. There is a historical similarity between the United States of then and of now.
The 1776 Revolution was an unfinished one. It was incomplete because of the scrooge of slavery in a newly form confederation of colonies that, despite the adaptation of the Constitution (1789) thus replacing the loose and weak Articles of Confederation (1781), the federal system with its stronger national government, still had to face the inconsistences between the American moral magna carta, the Declaration of Independence (Declaration), its reliance on natural law for ethical guidance and the institution of slavery.
