The left has been somewhat taken by this, but its reaction has been surreptitious. Left-leaning Foreign Policy magazine published an article calling the letter: “The Military Revolt Against Joe Biden.” Putting aside the false claims alluding to this First Amendment exercise as being a seditious act, the emblematic response of the left is probably concerned with the overarching sentiment of the letter is the influential group’s commitment that states, “Although retired from active service, each of us feels bound by that oath to do what we can, in our capacity today, to protect our nation from the threats to her freedom”.

A recent case before the United States Supreme Court, Biden v. Knight First Amendment Institute, did not bring a direct legal victory for the appellee. The case was remanded to a lower court with instructions by the Court to dismiss the case as moot, meaning that it is no longer a live controversy. Justice Clarence Thomas, however, issued an opinion in that case on May 5th that may point the way for an ultimate solution to remedying Big Tech censorship.
The lawsuit brought about by The Knight First Amendment Institute, a digital defender of free speech, which began in 2017 and involved then-President Trump’s blocking of critical Twitter comments from his account, has brought to surface a most pressing issue that far exceeds the initial factors of the lawsuit. Twitter, Facebook, and Google (Big Tech) are censoring free speech, specifically political, scientific, and religious. The intolerant practice of deplatforming from major social media networks has signaled a challenge to politicians on how best to grapple with this most dangerous threat to a free society.

Mickey Mouse has gone communist. The Walt Disney Corporation (Disney) has fully embraced the liberticidal Critical Race Theory (CRT) and is aggressively implementing its doctrine through a corporate indoctrination scheme. Thanks to brave whistleblower employees who have come forward providing testimony and documentation, Disney’s woke transmutation is no longer a matter of secrecy and shadow inculcation. It is openly one where cultural Marxist proselytism is embedded in company policy.
Christopher F. Rufo, a documentary film director, contributing editor at City Journal and a senior fellow at the Manhattan Institute, was approached by numerous Disney employees who provided hefty first-hand information about the fused corporate and ideological activism of this iconic American entertainment and mass media conglomerate. This monumental empire founded in 1923 by Walter Elias Disney, a stanch anticommunist, has become a dogmatic exponent and practitioner of Neo-Marxism’s CRT and Gender Ideology (GI). One of Rufo’s May 7th tweets which read “The Walt Disney Corporation claims that America was founded on ‘systemic racism,’ encourages employees to complete a ‘white privilege checklist,’ and separates minorities into racially-segregated ‘affinity groups’,” gave us an insight into the magnitude of this scandal.

When Ron DeSantis signed into law, on Thursday May 6th, S.B.90, the Florida governor was not exaggerating when he said that the Sunshine’s State’s new electoral law contains the “strongest election integrity measures in the country.”
Florida joins Georgia, Montana, New Hampshire, Kentucky, Iowa, and Texas in having approved election reform laws. A host of other states which include Arizona, Wisconsin, and Michigan have pending legislation and are setting the stage for enacting electoral law adjustments that seek, as well, to keep elections fair, free, and establish a hindrance for cheaters. These integrity measures attempt to make sure that state legislatures are not circumvented in the redaction of this exclusive constitutional function and that the irregularities-laden, de facto universal mail-in voting does not bring into question the legitimacy of an American election again.
A model for America
