The Cuban Military Pandemic Continues.

The timing of military deaths who have loyally served communist despotism deepens the belief that the Castro regime’s counterintelligence apparatus may have seen ghosts of a palace revolution, real or imagined. 

Another One Bites the Dust” is a 1980 musical hit that was popularized by the legendary British rock band Queen. By “biting the dust”, one could guess what was meant. On Saturday, September 25, another high-ranking military official from the communist Cuban military forces died. Colonel Eladio Julian Fernandez Civico passed away, according to both the Revolutionary Armed Forces Ministry (MINFAR) and state press. This constitutes the thirteenth death of key members of the armed regime-sustaining institutions since the Cuban Uprising that started on the 11th of July. More than two months later, the Cuban military pandemic continues.

Segregation, Inequality, and Racism is Back in America.

Most blacks in the U.S. consider the Star-Spangled Banner their national anthem.

The United States fought a civil war to amend the wrong of what civil rights leader Robert Woodson called, America’s “birth defect”. Over 650,000 American deaths in that armed conflict, including the assassination of a paradigmatic president (Abraham Lincoln), was the life cost to abolish slavery and save the Republic

The Reconstruction Amendments following this seminal national conflict (13^th, 14^th, and 15^th) were adopted to establish the safeguards to assure that equality, a natural right structurally incrusted in America’s founding values, would be institutionalized for all. An ensuing “separate but equal” legal doctrine, however, permitted and enforced racial segregation, thereby debilitating the notion of equality. One hundred years later, comprehensive civil rights legislation, ended this unfortunate practice. Now Marxist elites, woke businesses, with the acquiescence of the Biden-Harris administration and the Democratic Party are bringing segregation, inequality, and racism back.

This all too familiar scenario within all communist countries, is vividly showcased in this movie.

El American could not pass up the opportunity to talk with Lilo Vilaplana about this latest silver screen jewel, “El caballo” (The Horse). Seeking to portray the challenges of meeting daily life necessities amid the scarcity in socialist systems, it places the viewer in those intricacies.

Biden’s Prostration U.N. Speech.

The United Nations, an institution established for the idyllic purpose of world-building, has deviated completely from its charter declaration and founding documents. Today it is a playpen for the world’s most notorious evil regimes, where their intelligence armies build networks to destroy free societies. The truth is that since the passage of the Korean War resolution in 1950 under U.N. Security Council Resolution 83, the U.N. has all been morally downhill for its bureaucracy and for pretending to be a global government. President Biden was a most fitting figure for the venue. The thirty-three-minute speech he gave on Tuesday, September 21 was an act of weakness and prostration.

Although these encounters serve no useful purpose for sovereign republican governments, given the false equivalence rendered to dictatorships and unelected powers, world leaders like to showcase their belief systems in true campaign-style. Biden signaled out the COVID-19 pandemic and climate change as the world’s biggest challenges. “As a global community”, he said, “we’re challenged by urgent and looming crises wherein lie enormous opportunities if — if — we can summon the will and resolve to seize these opportunities,” said Biden.
