California considering allowing sex between adults & minors. California Legislature Passes Bill Reducing Penalties for Oral, Anal Sex with Willing Children.

California lawmakers passed a bill Monday that would reduce penalties for adults who have oral or anal sex with a willing minor child if the sex offender is within ten years of the age of the victim.

The bill now heads to the desk of Gov. Gavin Newsom (D).

Last night the CA State Legislature passed #SB145 and it now goes to Gov. Newsom. It would lower the penalties for adults who have sex w/ willing same-sex minors. Judge could decide if adult has to register as sex offender if the offender is within 10 years of age of victim.

Gender ideology and the attack on children. NV public officials learn truth about drag queens.

A one-man army has stopped the efforts of drag queens, at least for now, at some Nevada public libraries.

In the county of Churchill, population 25,000, Geoff Knell was determined to keep the drag queens from reading to innocent children in his county. So he showed up, again and again, at public meetings until his concerns were heard.

Knell is associated with MassResistance, the grassroots group that depends on motivated and unafraid activists to fight Leftists in the school board meetings and to counter-protest in the streets.

What Is Gender Ideology?

An ideology is a system of beliefs and values which forms the basis for a type of thought, be it political, economic, social, or otherwise. But harmful ideologies attempt the justification of a perverse vision by the dominant elites, in order to present and support certain policies or agendas.

Gender ideology consists in denying that the differences between men and women have natural and biological foundations. Instead, this thinking proposes that these differences are the fruit of a social and cultural construction. It alleges that society and culture impose their respective roles on men and women, none of which corresponds to natural differences between the sexes.

What is Gender Ideology?

Gender ideology is a comprehensive belief system which argues against one's sex being a natural and biologically determined phenomena, but rather espouses the notion that culture, established norms and social constraints are the determinant factors of one’s gender “identity”. In other words, the issue of gender is one premised upon self-perception, without limits as to how many gender classifications can exist and one can self-perceive one to be. Additionally, this can be a transitioning phenomenon and one in constant flux.

Gender ideology seeks to coopt political power thereby having the ability to legally enforce challenging viewpoints to this cosmovision. This includes criminalizing speech, social activity or any manifestation that intellectually or morally challenges this radical ideology. It is another tenet of Marxism, of the cultural variant. The ultra-left has sought to not recognize this categorization, as it clearly discloses the premises that sustain these viewpoints and mentalizations, which firmly ignore the undisputable scientific factors of biology and genetics and proposes to substitute this for identity speculations of self-perceptions. In its place and as part of its methodology to permeate society with this belief system, Gender Ideology promotes itself as an interdisciplinary academic field which include titles such as “Gender Studies”, “Queer Studies” or “LGBT Studies” among others.
