Communist Cuba’s new “entrepreneurs” are zealous cadres. They are Fidel’s Red Guards.
Politics is never static. Transitions can go in democracy’s way or head in the opposite direction, to other variations of dictatorial rule. Castro-Communism is undergoing a fraudulent change. It is moving in the latter case. A spurious “civil society” is being concocted by the Castro regime. A false “opposition”, loyal in nature, is also colonizing the West. The emergence of a groomed “entrepreneurial” class, structurally conjoined to Castroism, is more visible every day. This is to accommodate the fake “privatization” and “liberalization” schemes designed to fool Americans. A Cuban kleptocracy, in sync with Putinism as a model but retaining its totalitarian base, is unfolding before our eyes.
Civil Society Defined
Postmodernism and cultural Marxists have made the muddling of language and concepts, an industry. Sometimes, even well-intentioned people fall prey to the confusion. Defining pivotal terms becomes necessary. Civil society is the sum of all institutions, organizations, and associations whose essence and functions are independent of all political power and public entities.

Hearing cases of election integrity crafted by the people’s state representatives would help rebuild America’s electoral system and constitutional design.
One of the silver linings of the havoc-ridden 2020 presidential election, is that America may finally be fixing its election system. Under the precautionary backdrop of a pandemic, Democratic governors, secretaries of state, election boards, and state courts overrode the constitutionally appointed state legislatures and rewrote electoral systems in pivotal states. This was a considerable disservice to American democracy. Consequently, voter integrity laws are sweeping across the U.S. The nation’s highest court is also getting involved (finally) to settle this seminal matter.
The gross election irregularities that were prevalent in key urban voting districts in 2020 cast a shadow of illegitimacy on the current U.S. president and America’s electoral system. Most Republicans believe the 2020 election was not fair and, henceforth, not free. That is half the country. By April 2021, 47 states had pending election integrity bills, according to the Brennan Center for Justice. Far-left advocacy groups and Democratic Party officials, elected or bureaucratic, have waged war to impede their implementation. Corporate media, woke stakeholder businesses, and Big Tech have assisted and are actively engaged in attempting to frame the public discourse, that to remedy the electoral sins of 2020, as “voter suppression.”

Japan’s constitution, drafted by American military legal staff under the supervision of General Douglas MacArthur, defined marriage concretely. The U.S. Constitution does not.
Same-sex marriage continues to be an issue of contention. Proponents and opponents, both, base their respective judgments on morality, religion, constitutionality, justice, and natural or human rights (among others). On Monday, June 20, a Japanese court concluded that the country’s ban on marriages of persons of the same sex is constitutionally protected. The plaintiff’s underlying premise was that Japan’s prohibition is, in effect, an unequal application of the law. What has occurred in the Nipponese nation could establish a precedent for other countries to follow, considering how divided societies are on the matter.
What Does Japan’s Constitution Say?
The Osaka District Court ruling overrode a lower court’s decision in Sapporo which claimed that Japan’s proscription of gay marriage violated the Constitution. The constitutional safeguard of the institution of marriage explicitly refers to this legal union as one between a man and a woman. Article 24 of the 1947 Japanese Magna Carta states that “Marriage shall be based only on the mutual consent of both sexes, and it shall be maintained through mutual cooperation with the equal rights of husband and wife as a basis.”

We are seeing signs that Americans are fed up with the sexualization of their children and are finally standing up to Woke Capitalism.
Western Marxism with its emphasis on cultural determinism has been poisoning America’s institutions for decades. The free-market system in the U.S. has not been immune to this phenomenon. The Frankfurt School’s critical theory studies — all indoctrination schemes — that have permeated American colleges and universities since 1989 — ironically after the fall of Soviet communism — has produced an entrepreneurial class that would make Lenin and Mao proud. There appears to be brewing, fortunately for free societies, resistance to this liberticidal assault. Does this mean the end of Woke Capitalism?
How Corporations Promote Cultural Marxism
By way of corporate employee and officer “training” exercises known by the acronym of DIE (diversity, inclusion, and equity), major American companies are promoting the tenets of cultural Marxism. The critical theory doctrines that are most relevant in the affected U.S. workplaces are race, gender, and queer. All three Neo-Marxist propositions conclude that there is systemic racial, gender, and/or sexual oppression. Often these victimology fables overlap, according to the proponents. For this fusion, when it occurs, the woke revolutionaries have invented something they call “intersectionality”.
