Cruz calls for investigation of voting software entity.

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) said in an interview that aired Nov. 8 that he believes an investigation should be launched into software used to count ballots amid concerns of election irregularities.

The Republican senator told Fox News that the same software that was linked to an incident in which votes were switched in a county in Michigan should be investigated to rule out potential vote tabulation issues elsewhere in the country.

Antrim County in Michigan, which uses voting machines by Dominion Voting Systems, flipped from Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden to President Donald Trump after more than 5,000 votes were found to have been incorrectly registered for Biden.

“That same software is used in 47 counties throughout Michigan,” Cruz said. “That needs to be examined to determine that there isn’t a problem counting the votes. And the legal process is how you resolve those questions.”

Michigan's flawed election software invalidates votes.

Republicans in Michigan said they are expanding their investigation into Dominion Voting Systems after a county-level counting error switched Republican votes to Democrat last week.

“Our team is currently reaching out to county clerks across Michigan as well as going through election results in each of the counties which use this software to see how widespread this error may be,” Tony Zammit, communications director for the Michigan Republican Party, told the Washington Examiner on Nov. 7.

Michigan Republican Party Chairwoman Laura Cox said in a news conference last week that 47 Michigan counties used software from Dominion in the same manner as Antrim County, where it was found that 6,000 votes were erroneously tabulated to Democratic nominee Joe Biden instead of President Donald Trump.

Pelosi-linked software company tied to vote-stealing.

Former federal prosecutor Sidney Powell accused a leading voting machine firm of stealing votes from President Trump.

Powell, the lead attorney for retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, who is helping Trump's legal effort in the 2020 election, said on Sunday that people with links to top Democrats are using Dominion Voting Systems to commit "fraud" on elections. She did not present any evidence to support her claims.

Mentioned during a Fox News interview by host Maria Bartiromo were Nadeam Elshami, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s former chief of staff who last year became a lobbyist for Dominion, and Richard Blum, California Sen. Dianne Feinstein’s husband, who she said is a significant shareholder in the company.

Nevada under scrutiny for election irregularities.

President Trump’s campaign is seeking public records in Clark County, Nevada, as part of the president’s greater legal challenges regarding election integrity in battleground states.

In a Friday letter to the Clark County Election Department, a firm representing Donald J. Trump for President, Inc. requested a trove of election data as part of his campaign’s overall legal challenges related to election integrity.

The letter contains requests for records, documents, and communications on the number of mail-in ballots received by the department after 7 p.m. PST on Election Day, as well as how many votes were cast after that time “by those voting in person at the polls.”
